GE WD21X22276 Dishwasher Electronic Control Board Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Part

GDT655SSJ0SS dishwasher had no power. Service LED was solid green on the control board, so I knew the board had an issue. Ordered this part even though my dishwasher is not in the list. I didn’t use the wire harness because the plug was the same as the old one. Installed the board and plugged in the dishwasher and the green LED turned on for a few seconds and turned off. Plugged in the door harness and the dishwasher chimed and came to life. This part is $10 more than it costs for a tech to just come and look at the appliance, so I’d say money well spent.

I looked at the video online and it was very helpful to see how to do this repair. If you are handy with tools, it a no brainer to do this. Time will tell how long this board will last Thi seems to be a common problem with a GE Dishwasher according to the reviews I have read on Amazon. The price of the part was less than a repair person would charge for the service call and labor to do the repair. Plus, I know it was done correctly by myself.

This part worked perfectly on my GDT655SSJ0SS dishwasher. It had lost power, so I swapped out the boards. Very easy to do and there are Youtube videos that take you through the process.

Our dishwasher went out so we order this part and then magical our dishwasher started working again. YAY! Returned the part, which went smooth but, wasn't given the full refund due to a "restocking fee". So buyer beware.

A friend of mine repair appliances and suggested buying this part when my dishwasher was not getting power to the display unit. Once installed it fired up no problem. My buddy says this part goes out all the time which is crazy since my dishwasher is less then 3 years old. Adora quite dishwasher
