Liked the convenience of this product, but, for the price it needs more of a lemon flavor since it’s not much in the bag.

This is the best tasting lemon zest I bought however it is sweetened and I bought it to make lemon pepper. Oh well back to searching for a reasonable alternative

I used to buy this product from King Arthur Flour, but they seem to have discontinued carrying it. So glad to see it’s still available somewhere as it is the kick that makes my Lemon Poppy Seed muffins really shine.

When I opened the package the lemon yest bag had opened and I lost quite a bit of my product

I used this for the first time yesterday. It costs quite a bit more than dried lemon peel, but I can guarantee that dried lemon peel doesn't even come close to imparting the same lemon flavor. So I'm just going to suck it up and buy this zest, because it is the best I've ever tried. If I'm going to go to the effort of making/baking something, I might as well make it as tasty as possible!

I use this lemon zest quite a lot in my baking. It saves me from having to keep fresh lemons on hand.
